MBP M1 16" Pro: The built-in screen blinks if the Refresh Rate is ProMotion

Hey guys,


The built-in screen blinks if the Refresh Rate is ProMotion. I tried changing Refresh Rate to another option and this fixed it. However, ProMotion was one of the reasons I upgraded, so I'd love to find a way to fix this.

If I move the pointer mouse the blinking will stop, then blinking again.

I have reinstalled by Erase All Content and Settings, however this problem appears even in Recovery Assistant screen.

Is this an os or hardware problem? Do I need a warranty or wait for an update from os.
