Medal of Honor, Panther, where's the console?

In MOHAA, the tilde(~) brings up the console. Well, in 10.2 it does. Now in 10.3, the ~ brings up the 'Chat Window'. And typing in commands in the Chat Window doesn't do anything, well aside from telling everyone else. So I have not figured out how to bring up the console window. Does anyone know how to do it Panther?

there is no "autoexec.cfg" file, and I don't succed to access to the console in Mohda??

What solutions are possible?
