Media Player Issues

Hi all,

I'm having issues with video content embedded in a couple of apps. Namely, the Wired app and the Guardian eyewitness.
I can watch the videos in both apps as soon as I soft restart the iPad, but as soon as I hit the home button, and then restart either one of the apps, I am no longer able to watch the video content - the video player opens (and I can buffer through the video with the scroll bar), but it refuses to play. Only way to watch the video content again, is to perform a soft restart.

Anyone else having this problem?

I have to add, the same thing happens when I try to access video content on the Wall Street Journal app (after hitting the home button).

It doesn't happen with youtube, or the IMDB app...
