Will a stick of 512MB DDR 333 CL2.5 ECC memory work in a 17" 800MHz iMac G4?

I know that this will not fit in the user accessible memory slot, but I was wondering if this RAM will work in the factory ram slot deep in the dome. I'm comfortable opening up the iMac if the memory will work, but it would be a waste of time for a "maybe it will work" approach.

The internal slot is a PC133 SDRAM 168-pin DIMM Non-ECC. The external one (user installable) is a PC133 SDRAM 144-pin SODIMM Non-ECC.
