I'm pretty certain that my user has some sort of preference corruption. I'm running dual displays and when i mouse to the second display under one account, the menu bar switches displays. In my primary user account, it does nothing. Furthermore, spring loaded folders no longer work. I've tried removing all my user prefs from the User library and logging out/in. While everything else resets, the menu bar issue and folder issue persist.
So my question is - where else should I look for this corrupt system pref or is there a way to force these items to work again?
