I have (2) machines running the "up-to-date" beta of High Sierra - one machine has no problem while the second has locked up hard 2-3 times so far. Mouse and keyboard are unresponsive and even remotely logging in doesn't work. I was hoping it would show something in the activity monitor.
Coincidentally, each time I was composing a message in the Messages app. I do have iMessage in iCloud enabled. I am not 100% sure but I almost want to say that at least (2) of the times it locked up, I was typing a message to a non-iPhone user (or a 'group' SMS - one iPhone user, one not, plus myself).
Has anything like this happened to anyone else ?
