I have about 20gb of Messages that were syncing perfectly in iCloud. They were syncing between my iPhone, iPad and iMac.

Something weird happened when I got my new iPhone and I turned off Messages in iCloud from all my devices. iCloud said I would have 30 days to restore them before they were deleted.

After turning off Messages in iCloud on all my devices, I turned it back on. It shows I have 20gb of Messages, but none of the old messages are syncing to my devices.

Any new messages sync perfectly, but not the old ones. How do I get all 20gb of Messages on my devices or permanently delete them? Here’s what it’s showing as 20gb of Messages, but nothing is updating in my Messages App.
