iPhone Messenger App problem on IOS 11.2.5

hello, I've been having a problem with this app for a while now, I have an iphone 7 on 11.2.5 ios and I can't share voice memos with my contacts in messenger app, i used to do it with no problems, now i get a pop up message saying "Can't send this message, please check your connection and try later". I have tried wifi and data, but it doesn't work, (in my brother's phone it works perfect, he hasnt updated it yet tho), i have tried reinstalling the app, rebooting the phone and also reseting and restoring my device, NOTHING WORKS!!. i have seen in other forums ,there are people who has the same problem sharing voice memos and also microsoft word documents , but there are no solution yet , perhaps you can help me! . I'm about to throw my phone through the windows.
