Hi all, its me again, sorry.. i know i ask a lot of questions.
I bought a FIREBOX and the Sure KSM27 mic, the outputs of the FIREBOX are fine and i hear the left and right speakers but the mic input doesn't get audio, i changed the setting on the apple preferences and the garageband preferences and i set them to use FIREBOX for output and input. output works but input doesn't.
what going on?
please, any help would be greatly appreciated.

thank you in advance

is the phantom on? are you using the mic input? is the mic gain up?

yes to all question.
it suddenly started working.. i have no idea why but it did.
although for some reason i only hear it on the right side when i use stereo in garageband i fixed that by switching to mono 1.
i dont understand why.
thanks

without knowing how you have your tracks set up, it's impossible to say why you're hearing the mic signal in one channel. but since it's a mono mic and signal, and it seems you want to hear stuff in stereo, just be aware of panning.
