Migrating x86 Virtualbox Win10 image to AS?

Do I have a chance to migrate my Intel based Win10 Virtualbox image to an Apple Silicon system?

No. Virtualbox on Apple Silicon does not support x86 images. You will need ARM version of Windows.

Even on physical hardware there's never been a supported way to move between architectures without reinstalling.

Oracle VirtualBox does seem to have experimental support for Apple silicon, but runs through emulation to enable the install of x86 OS. You may not even be able to install ARM version of windows in VirtualBox.
