I have a Samsung PN42B450 42" Plasma tv with a PC vga input, as well as an open HDMI input.

I am going to purchase a Mini DisplayPort adapter and need to know which would be the better adapter to buy. I'm guessing HDMI but not sure.

HDMI will support output up to 1080p as well as being easier to use (HDMI ports are normally located on the side of HDTVs for easy access). The only catch is your going to need a second audio cable at least until the Kanex cable is released in august
