just wondering why one of my iPads refuses to give me audible feedback when I lug in the charger cord. I appreciate this audible power confirmation on my iPhone and other iPad but am sadly feeling ignored on my iPad 5th Gen, MP242LL/A. Thoughts?

Check the control center of the iPad to see if 'silent mode' is turned on by accident (if silent mode is turned on, a red bell with a red line across appears in the control center). If you see a red bell, tap on it to turn silent mode off.
