Ok, did a reset as new iPad on Pro 10.5 and after initial setup installed iOS 11. I have lost all my shortcuts. Ok on iPhone 6 that I didn’t reset. Have tried switching off iCloud Drive, hardware reset etc but nothing works. Any suggestions on how to restore them?
