mobileme file sharing and storage question

hi there, i was just wondering if mobileme stores details of when a file was uploaded and when it was modified? also what timestamp system does it use? mobileme's server timestamp or your local device's timestamp?

what apps are available (iPad or iPhone) where you can edit documents on the iPad and upload/sync it to mobileme?
