MobileMe question

If I have MobileMe set to sync mail, contacts and calendars with my iPhone, does that mean I should turn off syncing for those things in iTunes?

Edit: Nevermind, next time I plugged in my iPhone, those options were no longer there. Mods, feel free to delete this.

they will automatically be turned off in itunes
