Save your $25 and DIY!!!
Not that hard the use a pair of sharp scissors. I cut mine down two nights ago and works perfectly.
Give it a try and if you do screw up you can go to a Corporate AT&T Store and get a free sim. Just be sure to bring your old cell phone so they can activate your new sim.
FYI
adapters from micro SIM to standard SIM are starting to appear on the usual China shopping sites like DX for USD 3.80 so they should be hitting Ebay as well
Hi, could you post the link for the DX site please? Thank you.

Take a sturdy pair of scissors and The Template from the PDF - thats it
Holy dang $25!?! There's an American company selling them for only $6. Luxmo: http://www.luxmo.com/p-1514-micro-sim-adapter-for-blackberry-models.aspx It says for the blackberry but it will work for any of course.
Thats $25 for the cutter and adaptors and your link is for adaptor for same price as the other.
I am glad I got one and Planetbeing had issues cutting his sim so why mess up if you don't have to?
Ah, I did not notice it came with a cutter. And good point. But wait...so it's $19 for the cutter? OUCH!
