Is it correct size ?
No, you probably got an (old) Mojave installer somewhere on a connected drive.
After succesfully deleting the old installer, Mojave installer download should show up as ~ 6GB (=the complete file).

I mean this below Mojave installer link. After click it would open app store and it show Mojave installer with 14.7 MB size. It was Mojave 10.14.6

yes, 14.7mb but I'm running Mojave now

do you need a entire fish brand new version?
dosdude has one (from fixit)

Just checked says 6,05GB
could be, for me the install would not fit on a 8gb thumb drive in 2019
i could check on an external drive were i keep the OS.
but i don't think the exact size matters compared to getting the full download.

I have copy it to external hdd.

Install it later.
