Resolved Motherboard 2017 into a 2015 case

Hi
Do you know if i can put a MBA Motherboard 2017 into a MBA 2015 body?
Simple question ;-)

Good question, but I would say not. A YouTube called Luke Miani tried it, swapping the logic board of a 2021 to 2023. The swap was not successful, the machine booted, but the trackpad connector was too short, and the keyboard did not work. When the system detects a error with the thermal sensors (or incompatibility) it thermal throttles the chip and blasts the fans The machine also did not detect the battery, so no battery percentage was listed. So it probably would not work.

Yea I saw it but it was with super recent MBAs, mine is from 2017 (not retina) and the CPU are the same from 2015 - 2017... so maybe someone here tried already?
