Hi,
I know it says my MacBook MB403*/A will not be run 10.8 but anyone has been able to install it because it says Update: At least one developer tells us he has been able to install Mountain Lion on a Late 2006 iMac and MacBook Pro without problems. So, the developer builds do not seem to enforce these restrictions.
Why would Apple not force these restrictions for the developer builds?

Thanks,
Adam

The 2006 iMac and MacBook Pro use a dedicated GPU, the 2008 MacBook has an integrated graphics processor (IGP), which is the reason, for the MacBook not being supported.
