Move an image from "Library" to "Camera Roll"?

Several of the programs for a cracked iPhone allow you to upload/access an image from your Camera Roll.

But I'd like to be able to upload photos that are in my library, not just images from the Camera Roll.

Is there any way to move an image from my Library to my Camera Roll?
