After updating to ventura 13.0.1 this morning (note this was my first upgrade to Ventura, I didn't update to 13.0) I noticed my MS Teams application logo has gone to this:

download.jpg

And my OneNote has disappeared, presumably the same fate. All thats left of OneNote is 'Microsoft OneNote.app.installBackup' which is also corrupt. When I try to open MS Teams it says 'you can't open the application because it may be damaged or incomplete'

I have tried to move the remaining files/app for Teams to trash and delete it so I can reinstall but when I try to empty the bin it says the item is still in use. I haven't used teams on my mac for months.

I can't reinstall teams again as this fails (I think due to some files remaining).

Word/powerpoint/excel etc all still working fine

If i try delete the files from trash using terminal sudo rm - r i get 'permission denied'

Any ideas?
