looks like this beast can be ordered now (in Germany at least). The specs sound fantastic!

It ticks all the boxes for me, only downside would be the German keyboard, no idea if I could replace it with a US one...
Anyone owned a MSI laptop? How are they?

Wow, what a beast, the 4k variants look to be very pricey (as expected), but I'm surprised by the price of the FHD flavor, its only 2k.

I found that 4k on my 15" display is too small, I don't know if that holds true to a 17" display, but if I were to buy this, I'd probably opt for the FHD flavor.

No question, that's what would have tempted me in all honesty, but I also agree being an early adopter poses risks

Asked the MSI support about different keybords, and they told me that you have to replace the complete top casing. So that Laptop isn't for me as it seems. I don't think I can deal with a German layout.

They responded very quick though

You can't order one from a 3rd party that will use a different keyboard? I'm assuming you want an English one

I can’t find one over here. I asked some stores but I’m not overly optimistic.
