Can someone shed some light on the following error?

com.apple.xpc.launchd[1] (com.apple.MTLCompilerService.D238301F-AEF1-4796-932A-8F0A586239E7[1242]): Service exited due to signal: Segmentation fault: 11 sent by exc handler[0]

Getting it when opening some Adobe CC 2019 applications. Running latest version of Sierra on MP 3,1.

MTLCompilerService compiles Metal shaders (code that runs on gpu) to the gpu binary format. I guess Adobe CC is trying to compile something and causes a crash in MTLCompilerService.

Metal has been much improved in newer macOS versions anyway.
