iPhone Multi-Disc Album on My iPhone

I understand there is a guide for multi-disc albums, but in my research, I could not find anything for this exact problem.

So, I bought the Give Up 10th Anniversary Deluxe Edition album by The Postal Service on CD. I imported it into iTunes, and after messing with the information in iTunes about the album, I got it to display as one album, but on my phone, it still displays as two separate albums. Is there any solution to this?

Make sure you have all the songs on the album listed under the same 'Artist' and 'Album Artist'. Also make sure the album title is the exact same for both discs. Then finally just make sure to number the tracks properly in iTunes and the discs as 'disc 1 of 2' and 'disc 2 of 2'.
