Multiple users on El Capitan

Hi,
I have three user accounts on my mac - home, work and pron.

During the lockdown I might have be using the later a little too much, is there a facility or app where I can set access times to the different users - so home up to 9:00am, work from 9:00am to 5:00pm and home / pron 5:00 onwards ?
