Hi there,

I have an iPhone 5. Whenever I lock the phone (while playing music) it keeps pausing/moving forward and so. It even opens siri automatically sometimes.
It doesn't happen because the device is unlocked for mistake because I already checked it. And also the code is required as soon as the phone is blocked.

I already tried a clean install today but it didn't fix it... Any suggestions?

Thanks

are you by any chance using the EarPods with remote? It could be that the remote is faulty, as that can invoke Siri and control music playback

If so, try using another pair of earphones?

Is the phone in a pocket or somewhere else similar, or just lying somewhere without anything touching it?

Re

I'm using EarPods yes. I keep it on my pocket but the issue persist even if I hold the phone on my hand.

I should try differents earphones. I can't get if it's the phone or the earphones.
