My brother in law ipad youtube is asking him to press play, then stops

the ipad 16.x playing youtube keeps asking to play then stops, then starts, then stops, and so on. I hope someone can help.

This is a dialogue box? If so can you supply a screenshot?

I don't how to do this, I am writing on a PC.

There's a play button at bottom left corner, and a PLAY (k) button just above, on the picture. That's as much as I can tell you.

He tells me can take it to an Apple shop, but I thought it would help here.

Can you have him take a screen shot (press down power and upper volume buttons simultaneously) and post it?

Have you had him run a network speed test?
