Nice ! I did the same "mod" although I did not fish the cables through the case and I ordered eht official power cable. What monitor are you using? I have a sceptre 22" and I can detect a slight video interference in the main menu. The interference was much worse while using ati displays UB and most noticeable on shades of grey such as this:

I'm using a 26: HDTV and a 22" CRT.

The CRT is a bit dark but I have a feeling that it's the monitor dying, I guess it could be the VGA output of the card, I hadn't thought of it.
