In an attempt to consolidate my services and not duplicate services, I made the huge mistake of moving my online storage to iCloud . However, it's been a complete failure. iCloud Drive has proven unreliable, slow, inconsistent. I'm now trying to move my files back to Sync.com, but can't get them to download, The web interface doesn't seem to allow downloads. I have selected folders and then right clicked to choose download now, but I just get the little clouds showing that they are downloading, but I'm not sure they're actually doing that. The progress bar has stalled or is so slow that it feels it has stalled. I have tried turning off iCloud Drive and reactivating it, but that hasn't solved the issue either.
Does anybody have any advice on how to move my files?
