Hi!
I got my iPad the day before yesterday. It all worked fine until I put it in this pouch and I got home. Once at home the pencil was paired and working with the iPad but didn't charge. I tried restarting the iPad so the pencil unpaired and I couldn't make it pair. I did everything written on the apple support page.
I can't imagine why would this happen. The only thing in my mind right now is the fact that when I put it in the pouch the pencil attached to the smart connector in the back, could that make any difference?
Do you think is the iPad or the pencil that are defective ?
