iPhone My iPhone XS came with iOS 12.0, not sure what best approach is

So my iphone xs came on iOS 12.0 and I’m wondering if I should jailbreak on this earlier version, or update to iOS 13.7 and do it there. Since I don’t know how many amazing tweaks I wouldn’t be able to get if they are only on 12, or is there some way to make them all compatible anyway? If anyone knows the best approach to this I cannot decide
