Resolved my macbook connect internet verry low

i have problem , when i update ios 10.11.1 then my lapptop very slow internet connection
this is my machine parameters
1.3 GHz Intel Core i5
intel HD Graphics 5000 1536 MB
8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
could you help me ?
