I assume this is a 2017 i5 13" MacBook Pro running macOS 13.5 based on the details in your kernel dump.

when i open program Blackmagic Disk speed test and press Start always restarting, maybe can u say which program can i use to check Laptop? thanks

That suggests an SSD error. You can try Disk Utility and see if it finds any errors. Otherwise I’d try a complete format and reinstall. And if that doesn’t help, the laptop might need a new SSD. I don’t know if they’re removable on your particular machine or not.

i did it. first Aid no problems found

You could use an external SSD and boot macOS off of it, but I can't promise that a small data request to the internal SSD won't result in a kernel panic anyway, unless you find a way to permanently unmount the internal SSD.

You might need to send your laptop in for service. If that's not an option, then try to borrow an external SSD from a friend and see if it helps before committing to a purchase.
