I was asked to update carrier settings.
After that the phone froze at the lock screen, after force restart I was able to get it back, however take a look at the two photos....
Basically I had to restore from backup and it acted like I had to register the phone again with Apple...
This is not a background I used either...
to add insult to the injury the 2nd page had one folder which was labeled "do not use" with built in apps I don't use like stocks, etc.
