Nano cracking to change clock

I understand that the 6th gen Nano isn't able to be "jailbroken" per-se because it isn't running iOS, but I have heard of people cracking or modifying them. Does anyone know of a way to add an analog clock on them or more importantly keeping the clock from going away and the device going to sleep? I would be totally happy if I could keep it in a "dimmed" state and tap the screen to bring it to full brightness. Anyone that could help would be a huge friend of mine and I could get you some coverage/promotion on http://www.bestappsite.com in appreciation. Thanks! Jason
