Can anyone with the new Apple TV in the U.S. confirm if this app is available on the Apple TV App Store?

Sort of a dealbreaker in deciding whether to pick this up or not.

It is available. However, at least in my experience, Comcast Sportsnet live NBA broadcasts are not showing up for my local team. That's the only reason I use the app. In iOS they are there. I haven't found anything online saying it is supposed to be this way. I emailed Comcast Sportsnet Live Extra about it, so I'm waiting for a response.
