need a free or cheap site with JS support

I'd like to practice my web coding skills with a blog-- but most of my content will revolve around RaphaelJS drawings. Are there any sites that support this sort of mucking around? I tried wordpress, but JS support seems to be part of their "business" plan. I want something that's less ephemeral than JSFiddle.

If it's client side, you don't really need any service, you can easily run static HTML from your local machine (even if it was server side, the setup is pretty straightforward, but client side you literally just need a text editor ...)
