Need a Raid Card with two SFF 8088

Hi All,

I have a Mac Pro 2,1 and Mac Pro 3,1. I want to attached two InforTrend A08S-C2134 units to each system. The units have eight 2Tb disks each. The units manage the RAID on their own and hence do not need a HBA. The systems will not be booted form the units but used as a SAN so to speak. The 2,1 is running Lion and the 3,1 El Captain.

I have tried a Highpoint 2322 but it does not see the units and no lights appear on the card or the raid unit.

Has anyone got any suggestion which would be most welcome.
