As the title says, I need to set up an XServe to be compatible with Macs and PCs, and I'm somewhat unsure as to how to go about doing that. We're replacing our old XServe with a new one that's running 10.5.5. I wasn't involved in setting up the first, so I'm pretty much poking around preferences trying to figure things out. :p

I've already got accounts and admins set up, and also a software RAID for the two terabyte drives in it, so now I'm at the stumbling block of getting it to be a server instead of a glorified PC. I'm wondering how exactly I'd go about connecting to it from a Windows machine, any troubleshooting techniques anyone can offer, etc. Eventually this machine also needs to be accessible remotely, but local access comes first.
