The inlaws iMac (10.11.6) has GetFormsOnline on Firefox. I've trashed Firefox and reinstalled only to find it still there.

How do I get this off the Mac?

You mean like it redirects the homepage or it's a pop-ups etc. If it's a pop-up download and run malwarebytes that should get it. Actually would do that even with a redirect, also clear cache and cookies in Firefox and then see if you can reset the homepage.

I ran Malwarebytes prior to posting. It found nothing.

Then I went into the settings to clear the cache and cookies. I noticed the homepage was set to getformsonline. I was wrong! It was just the homepage.

Thanks for the reply Falcon16. It honestly helped me see what was right in front of my nose!
