Need Help

I need to implement Bully Algorithm in my company. I have 160 PCs networked in LAN using switch on Server Rack.

I need to get central processing from where data is stored and not on all PSc so please guide me to choose what architecture shall I use from following.

- Client Server
- 3 Tier Architecture
- n Tier Architecture
- Distributed Objects
- Loose Coupling or Tight Coupling
