iPhone Need to backup and restore SMS/MMS

Hi, tomorrow I want to format my iPhone 5s. Don't want to restore backup, want to have clean fresh iOS.
SMS/MMS are very important for mr. I have iBackupBot but I don't know where to find SMS/MMS.
BTW can I backup & restore Viber messages too?
