Need to change the system language upon an initial install

I bought a pre-owned MacBook and upon delivery, I noticed that it had been set up in Russian. When I tried to wipe the drive and start fresh, it kicked off Internet Recovery in Russian Language. I looks as though the system language is defaulted at Russian. How do I change this? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

At the very top-right in Internet Recovery, just by the Wi-Fi icon, you may see a flag icon. Click this and you should be able to change the language (if memory serves )
