I downloaded Netflix and Hulu on the new ATV 4 and neither app seems to be working.
- When I open Netflix it is just a black screen.
- When I open Hulu at gives a message say it's unavailable right now.
My internet connection isn't the best in my TV room, which may be the problem. But my old Roku worked fine in the same room.
Any ideas of how to fix this?
