Netflix no longer works on my 10.5" iPad Pro running iPadOS 16.3.1. Netflix is working fine in this house on other machines, and I can surf the net in Safari fine on this iPad. Disney+ works fine. Yet Netflix claims there is no internet connection.

I relaunched Netflix. No joy.
I updated Netflix. No joy.
I restarted. No joy.
I deleted and reinstalled Netflix, and then restarted. Still no joy.

Now I can't even get to the main Netflix menu. It states:

"The operation couldn't be completed. (MSL error 5412 - HTTP Error: 412 - precondition failed)"

Note that it stopped working on the iPhone too, but then started working again after a few minutes. However, it still doesn't work on the iPad.

There's an outage at the moment it looks like. It should clear up soon.
I reset the cable modem and Apple AirPort Extreme router, and now it's working. I'm not sure if it's because of that or if it's because it was a Netflix outage that fixed itself.
