EDIT: so it turns out I was a bit too quick... only certain windows was smoother, finder actually turns out to still be super broken when you grab it and move it from side to side.

Sorry for making another thread about this, but I thought more would see it this way.
I reported along with a bunch of others that many were seeing a very sluggish ui specially when moving windows around (finder is a good example), but I have found a solution to make everything super smooth... and yes it's super simple.
simply go to
1. system preferences
2. accessibilities
3. display
- turn ON "reduce transparency"
That's it! obviously the fancy looking features of transparency will now be gone, but it also makes sense why that is the cause as it is nowhere optimised yet. So I suspect the gpu is working overtime to try and make it look pretty. Anyway, test it, it workes wonders for me.
