Apple TV New Apple TV User - Help me jailbreak.

Tomorrow my Apple TV (last gen) will arrive so I was wondering how can I jailbreak it ?
First off all, is my model compatible ? Wich iOS version supports jailbreak ?
How can I install "tweaks" or apps ?
Also, what is XBMC ?
I really don't know so any help is much appreciated.

Go to http://www.modmyi.com and in the top left corner there is a dropdown box labeled "I want to jailbreak my..." select AppleTV from the list. You can get directions there.

I'm not sure but I don't think there is a way to jailbreak an AppleTV 3 right now...

I believe that is a 3rd gen aTV you bought.
You can't jailbreak, install xbmc, tweaks nor apps.

Sorry you will have to enjoy your aTV as it comes from factory, no way to jailbreak it. Maybe when the next iOS comes out and a new jb comes out it might be possible, so maybe in the next 6 months or so and that is a big maybe.

If you want to jailbreak and install xbmc you would need an older version like the aTV gen 2.
