New Beta breaking my MacBook Pro

I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem I am having. I went to update to the latest beta version of High Sierra and it has come up with the screen with the white circle with the line through when I try to boot up.

I have tried to erase the hard drive and reinstall and the same thing happens. I have also reinstalled Sierra and then tried updating again with no luck.

I am running a 13" MacBook Pro with Touchbar.

Any ideas?

when you erase it, you choose HFS+?
