I have a bunch of NTFS Hard Drives full of Large Files that I need for work. These Hard Drives are currently in one of my Windows Towers.

I'd like to move to a Mac Pro setup and use either Bootcamp or Parallels instead of my Windows Tower.

The problem is, how do I go about it? I need all those files that are on my NTFS disks to be able to be written to and read from both OS X and Windows. What are my options?

1. Convert all my Hard Drives into HFS+, and use bootcamp/parallels + MacDrive to access them via Windows

2. Leave the drives as NTFS put them in thr Mac Pro, but then they will only mount as readable from within OS X

Anything else? I don't mind if I have to purchase extra Hard Drives to transfer data but I won't to end up with a simple elegant solution. Having both a Mac Pro and a Windows tower under the same desk is not ideal.
