Hi everyone,

I have just paid out a lot of money for a brand-new iPad Pro 2020 12.9 inch. After I restored from an iCloud backup and got things going I connected the magic trackpad 2 and enabled the accessibility settings. When I selected the accessibility button everything went crazy flickering and then the whole screen froze and it was not responsive. The iPad would not even turn off. I had to do a hard reset clicking on the volume buttons.

This happened twice before I gave up with accessibility. I was just wondering having to reset it twice and it freezing like it did have I damaged the iPad?

What makes you think doing a hard reset multiple times would damage anything? Basically you’re turning it off and then on twice in a row...
